I’m guessing the “fear” here is not like terror fear but more of a respect. If that is the case then is this saying that if you believe and respect God then you will have an angel on your shoulder?

I have seen angels at MVA's. Had a guy almost quit the department because he thought he was seeing things...

Good morning, the “Angel of the Lord” is only mentioned 3 time be in the Psalms, here and 35:5-6. There are many who believe that this is referring to Christ Jesus. In Hebrews, Jesus says I will never leave or forsake you, in Matthew He says I am with you always.
Eric, not necessarily “on your shoulder” but with you. He will abide within ALL who believe in Him.
