additions, corrections, deletions, ideas to make things better.

holding forum in admin section for un-used topics that were important at the time, but have gone un-used and may be needed in future, but not used at this time, and way away from reloading. thoughts?

If you are reading this, had me add you section(s), and now no longer see them...they have been moved to a section in admin section as you didnt use it. Let me know, it can re-appear.
