Is there a calibration or adjustment to center the extruder back to the center of the build plate? For example, when I slice the print it’s set centered on the plate but when I print it the object is printed way off to the side and above where I sliced ir

That sounds like Ann sue in the earrings to me. You have an Ender 3 correct?

Post the settings from your slicer.

are you able to transfer the link that the slicer uses to copy and paste here?
That way we can look and see if it is a printer or slicer issue.

Sure seems like a setting issue to me.
