I run either Blackfire or Kat's Man, depending on location and who I am trying to get ahold of.

I use a Galaxy Stratosphere CB. Made into single side band (SSB) by someone in the 1980's. Good reach, good sound.
Mounted in my 1991 Dodge w250 Frankenstein W350.

I used to run under swirly bird long story behind that one but it involved black ice on a curve and my truck going sideways looking at a ditch on one side and a lake on the other side and I saved it from both somehow and a. Buddy of mine watched it happen and he came up with swirly bird after that
