I have to go with the 10mm or better yet .45 but that doesn’t answer the question does it

9mm for capacity I guess. My wife loves to shoot the 40.

Id go with .40 just because im not a big fan of the 9mm it has its place but also was a sub machine gun round and has a tendency to go thru and thru and yes I know shot placement I get it but shot placement depending on the situation isn't always a good option of places to hit depending on circumstances
