1962 Marlin 336RC 35 REM.

Post by Roby.Evans »

My favorite all time, was gifted to me by an older friend who knew I was born in ‘62 as well and would cherish it. He carried it to Alaska every year and had a synthetic stock and for-end. I built a replacement Walnut set and developed my own stain, called blood, sweat, and tears. I wanted it to be reminiscent of the old reddish stains of the early 60’s. As I get older I may have to get a scope for it.

Gorgeous. I have the same model and caliber. Have not shot her yet though. I don’t know year…need to look it up.
