Can’t load pdf

Tried to load a pdf manual and it can’t. We need to look at ability to do that.

@JLong , what are the size limitations currently? Able to make bigger?

I finally found the settings for this. I bumped up the size allowance to 50Mb, and removed the # of attachment limits.
