Not receiving notifications on replies to my post

Tested it earlier. I made a post in come as you are and Roby replied. I received no notification.

Attached are some screenshots. You can see that I have alerts and email selected. I am receiving neither.

I have also selected the receive notifications on each post. This should be default. But it still sends me zero notifications.

No wonder I haven't seen any updates lately...

Everything that can be turned on for notifications in the settings to be on, so I'm thinking this might be a deeper issue. I'll reach out to Jeff and see if he can take a look.
